We love hearing the wild stories of how your Marsquests survived—or didn’t survive—your latest race, trail, or travel mishap. That’s why we stand behind every pair with our Marsquest Lifetime Warranty, covering any damage for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

This warranty begins on the purchase date from any authorized Marsquest retailer or marsquest.com and is subject to applicable laws. The warranty is void if the product was purchased from an unauthorized retailer or counterfeit seller.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

We proudly cover any damage, including:

• Cracks, breaks, snaps
• Lens damage, frame damage, hinge failure
• Accident-related damage (yes—even if they were run over, sat on, or “your kid yeeted them across the field”)
• Unexpected destruction (we love these stories—send photos!)

We do not cover:

• Lost or stolen sunglasses
• Damage from non-authentic Marsquest parts or third-party modifications
• Counterfeit Marsquest products

General wear and tear (scratches, fading over time, etc.) is still eligible under our “any damage” warranty as long as the product can be verified as authentic Marsquest.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

You can submit your claim through our Warranty Claim Form. Once approved, we’ll issue store credit so you can replace your sunglasses with any model you love.

Claims With Proof of Purchase (Receipt)

If you have your order confirmation email, receipt, or any valid proof of purchase:

You will receive:

• 100% store credit for the original purchase price
• Valid online at marsquest.com
• Applied after the warranty claim is verified

Claims Without Proof of Purchase

No receipt? No problem—we know sunglasses go everywhere with you.

You will receive:

• 75% store credit based on the most recent selling price.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Replacements

Shipping applies to all warranty shipments.

• Free shipping on warranty replacement orders over $50 USD / $64 CAD
• Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free-shipping minimum
• Warranty credit cannot be combined with promotions or discount codes.

Important Terms

• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not eligible.
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or intentionally damaged claims may be rejected.
• Marsquest cannot cover sunglasses that are lost or stolen.

Processing Time

Most claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
During peak periods (Holiday, Summer, Black Friday), processing may take an extra 3–5 days.

We truly appreciate your patience—every claim is reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and consistency.

Repairs

We currently do not offer a repair program. Warranty solutions are provided in the form of store credit only.
